About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Administrator to join our team at TÜV NORD Service GmbH & Co. KG. As a Client Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their Windows Client infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our clients' Windows Client infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, and SCCM/MECM.
  • Provide second-level support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in Windows Client infrastructure management.
Requirements
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Generalistisches Wissen in der Windows Client Architektur.
  • Erfahrung in Microsoft Windows 10 und 11, Office 365, Microsoft SCCM/MECM, VB-Skript-Programmierung, PowerShell/.Net-Programmierung, Client Security Analysis und Gruppenrichtlinien-Management (GPO).
  • Freude daran, sich ständig und eigenverantwortlich weiterzubilden.
  • Hohes Maß an Engagement, Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt.
  • Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen und an der Arbeit im Team sowie Kommunikationsvermögen in Deutsch und Englisch.
