Regional Sales Manager Germany

Arlon Graphics LLC is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our expanding EMEA team, based in Germany. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving market share growth and increasing sales within the graphic film industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Represent the Arlon brand in Germany, managing leads and product introductions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline is advantageous.
  • Sales education with a focus on consultative or solutions selling is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the graphics signage industry, with a strong understanding of digital print media and modern printing methods (solvent, eco-solvent, latex, UV) is required.
