Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our Chemical Analysis Division, you will be responsible for delivering incremental growth and revenue growth for our EPM business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities through collaboration with direct and indirect customers (distributors).
  • Develop, maintain, and own GoTo market plans for the region in close collaboration with the local Channel manager & Commercial leader.
  • Understand the strengths and vulnerabilities of major competitors and develop sales strategies to respond effectively.
  • Main competencies and/or experience in Process/Laboratory environment combined with regional market knowledge.
  • Creative in finding ways to close deals based on a 'must-win' mentality.
  • Is a strong team player, happy to learn and eager to chip-in with ideas to grow the EMEA and Global EPM business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, advanced degrees preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a documented track record of success.
  • 2+ years as an indirect and/or distribution manager experience.
  • Must have sold capital pieces of equipment.
