Chief Research Officer

Welcome to Kelvion, the technology market leader in the global heat exchanger business. We have been producing heat exchangers for almost every conceivable industrial application since the 1920s and offer customized solutions for even the most complex environmental conditions.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Technology Organisation as the Head of Plate Research. This role is responsible for developing and optimizing the designs of our plate heat exchangers based on computer simulations and thermodynamic expertise.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Research & Innovation and will be responsible for managing a team of innovators across two of our German locations, Sarstedt and Nobitz-Wilchwitz, and potentially other Kelvion locations.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, physics or process engineering, and will have already worked in this area for a couple of years. They will have experience with relevant simulation software, CAD and MS Office products, and will be able to explain and present their work and working results in a simplified and convincing manner.
The successful candidate will be part of our global technology organisation, a network of international engineers, technicians, researchers and developers. They will be offered fair and flexible working conditions and opportunities to personally and professionally grow from the beginning.
