About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Research Engineer to join our Global Technology Organisation at Kelvion Holding GmbH. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the designs of our plate heat exchangers based on computer simulations and thermodynamic expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize plate heat exchanger designs using computer simulations and thermodynamic expertise.
- Manage a team of innovators across multiple locations, driving change and innovation in a corporate environment.
- Collaborate with other R&I functions, product development, and product line management to ensure seamless integration of research findings.
Requirements
- University degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, physics, or process engineering.
- Proven experience in heat exchanger research and development, preferably with simulation software, CAD, and MS Office products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.
