We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Plate Research to join our Global Technology Organisation:
The Role
- As a key member of our research and innovation team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the designs of our plate heat exchangers based on computer simulations and thermodynamic expertise.
- You will lead a team of innovators across two of our German locations, Sarstedt and Nobitz-Wilchwitz, and potentially other Kelvion locations.
- You will collaborate with other R&I functions like product development and product line management, as well as functions outside technology like sales and manufacturing.
Requirements
- You hold a university degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, physics, or process engineering.
- You have experience with relevant simulation software, CAD, and MS Office products, paired with your ability to explain and present your work and results in a simplified and convincing manner.
- You enjoy driving change and innovation in a corporate environment and developing your team.
- A good command of German and English is a must, any other language is helpful.
