Technical Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor to join our team at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth. As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training courses for internal and external customers, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of helicopter maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for civil and military maintenance training
- Conduct training courses, including theoretical and practical sessions on aircraft maintenance
- Prepare and adapt training materials to meet customer and aircraft configuration requirements
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and guidance
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and technical advancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with additional experience in helicopter production or maintenance
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or in a comparable field
- Successful completion of further training to become a master craftsman, technician, or in a comparable field
- Licensed Certifying Staff CAT B1 (m/f/d) according to EASA and DEMAR regulations or equivalent military aircraft maintenance license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in helicopter maintenance, with sound technical knowledge and skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
