Technical Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor to join our team at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth, Germany.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training courses for internal and external customers, including theoretical and practical sessions on aircraft maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course preparation and adaptation to customer and aircraft configuration
- Course accomplishment, including lesson structure, modern methodology, and exams
- Post-processing, including improvement of training content and customer satisfaction
- Creation and ordering of new training documentation and means
- Acquisition and maintenance of knowledge and proficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with additional experience in helicopter production or maintenance
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or in a comparable field
- Licensed Certifying Staff CAT B1 (m/f/d) according to EASA and DEMAR regulations or equivalent military aircraft maintenance license
- Sound technical knowledge and experience in military and civil aircraft maintenance (minimum 5 years)
- Fluent in German and English
