Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor to join our team at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth. As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training courses for internal and external customers, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of helicopter maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for civil and military aircraft maintenance
  • Conduct training courses, including theoretical and practical sessions, for internal and external customers
  • Prepare and adapt training materials to meet customer and aircraft configuration requirements
  • Assess and evaluate trainee performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve training content and delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with additional experience in helicopter production or maintenance
  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or in a comparable field
  • Licensed Certifying Staff CAT B1 (m/f/d) according to EASA and DEMAR regulations or equivalent military aircraft maintenance license
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
