Supply Chain Quality Manager (m/w/d) für Airbus

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Supply Chain Quality Manager (m/w/d) für unseren Kunden Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Bewertung der Lieferperformance von Lieferanten
  • Erstellung von Berichten über die Betriebsleistung des Lieferanten
  • Erstellen von Pareto Analysen von Lieferanten mit schwachen on-time und Quality Performance
  • Identifizierung von industriellen Risiken der Lieferanten und Entwicklung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Leitung von Kleinprojekten zur Verbesserung der Lieferantenleistung
  • Untersuchung der Arbeitsweisen von 3 unterschiedlichen Teams
  • Harmonisierung der KPI Messungen und deren Darstellungen
  • Überwachung von Lieferanten in Bezug auf erforderlichen Zertifizierungen besitzen
  • Überwachung und Unterstützung der Einführung neuer Produkte, um die industrielle Qualifikation vor der Serienphase sicherzustellen
  • Transfer of Work (ToW) und Erarbeiten von kurzfristigen Aufhol-Plänen
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Flugzeugbau, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, im Qualitätsmanagement und im Supply Chain
  • Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement
  • Grundkenntnisse im Change Management
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und Google Workspace
  • Erfahrung mit Skywise von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
