Job Title: Supply Chain and Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain and Quality Manager to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain and quality aspects of our contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, managing operational activities and contract management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain and quality management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace.
