Job Title: Supply Chain and Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain and Quality Manager to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing supply chain and quality aspects of our contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, managing operational activities and contract management.
  • Oversee supply chain and quality aspects of contracts, ensuring On Time, On Quality, and On Cost performance.
  • Manage Notification of Escape (NoE), Quality Surveillance Report (QSR), and Safety Related Item (SAR) management.
  • Perform First Article Acceptance and First Article Inspection (FAA/FAI) activities.
  • Manage supplier quality Approval/Authorization and ensure compliance with required certifications.
  • Monitor and support new product introduction to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase.
  • Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects, setting long-term development targets with suppliers and the Supplier Development Team.
Requirements:
  • Team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Assertive and customer-oriented individual with the ability to analyze complex problems and find suitable solutions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (1-2 times per month).
Education and Experience:
  • Aerospace or Supply Chain Quality degree at least Bachelor's level.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • SAP knowledge, including detailed functions.
  • Google Workspace.
  • Lean management, Project management, and Total Quality Management knowledge.
Language Skills:
  • German and English, both business fluent.
