About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Own and manage financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on logistics or operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools, such as Excel and financial modeling software.
