Senior Financial Analyst

Insulet Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our International FP&A team in Munich, Germany.
We are a dynamic and growing company, dedicated to enabling our customers to enjoy simplicity, freedom, and healthier lives through our innovative Omnipod product platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring monthly performance and day-to-day business support for our GSA (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) and other functions in our organization, supporting revenues, Operating Expenses, and Headcount.
Key Responsibilities:- Revenues Forecast and Analysis: Germany, Switzerland, Austria revenues forecast and analysis, and Latest Estimate Enhanced reporting and analysis for our direct sales channel Pricing and Commercial conditions forecast and monitoring in collaboration with Head of Market Access
- OpEx Forecast and Analysis: OpEx Forecast and analysis for GSA and selected International departments Resources sizing and monitoring for Go-to-Market strategy PO approvals and accruals Maintain selected departments expenses trackers Quarterly Commissions coordination and planning and calculations
- Others: Strat Plan Revenues and Resources support Investments and Business Cases Backfill of other team members as needed
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or another relevant field
- Demonstrable working experience, preferably FP&A in Public company
- Previous experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
- Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to work with different IT systems
- Knowledge of Financial planning tools (e.g. Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAC)
- Prior use of ERP (e.g. SAP S4/HANA)
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong analytical skills
- Team-oriented and solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Open-minded and solution-seeking
- Experience with new Financial systems implementation is a plus
This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements (requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least 1x/week; may work remotely other days). #LI-Hybrid
