About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Team Leader to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals and overseeing the delivery of IT services to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- People Management
- Manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of IT services.
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Define and maintain an evolution plan for the team, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
- Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with the Local HR department.
- Organize team shifts to ensure adequate coverage and support for business operations.
- Finance Management
- Participate in the budgeting process, providing input and recommendations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and submit financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Propose changes or amendments to the budget as needed to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Project Management
- Participate in the development of project roadmaps and 3-year plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Capture and book resources to support project delivery, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Follow and promote the Group Technology project management methodology, ensuring consistency and best practices.
- Service Management
- Monitor and report on the delivery and support of business services, identifying areas for improvement.
- Detect and report on any patterns or malfunctions, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
- Produce and share KPIs, maintaining acceptable evolution trends and promoting operational excellence.
- Promote best practices and ensure adherence to Group Technology standards.
Requirements
- Technical Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, MacOS, Android, and Mobile iOS.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Basic knowledge of Device MDM (AirWatch, Intune).
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Identity & Management tools (Saviynt).
- Basic knowledge of Networking (mainly Cisco) and voice solutions (mainly Cisco based).
- Project Management
- Organized and autonomous, with solid communication and analytical skills.
- Proactive and team-oriented, with a client-focused approach.
- Agile methodology experience is a plus.
- Service Management
- Detailed knowledge of Service Now or similar tools for incident, problem, change, and asset management.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly incident, change, problem, and asset management.
- Soft Skills
- People management experience, particularly with small teams.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Active listening and empathy.
- Languages
- Fluent in German (C1-C2) and English (C1-C2).

- Experience in a similar position is required.
