Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive MCU infrastructure growth and market leadership in focused automotive applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Renesas as a leader in MCU solutions, leveraging product knowledge, application expertise, and strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1s, and eco-system partners.
  • Manage worldwide MCU infrastructure development and coordination to achieve business objectives and increase market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and engineering leads at target markets to drive business growth and design wins.
  • Formulate and implement business strategies and engagement plans to influence sales and BU teams, enabling MCU business growth and platform/solution selling at specified OEMs and Tier 1s.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive application discussions with relevant teams inside the organization and foster strong team culture based on accountability, execution of strategic targets, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with strong Microcontroller background and related infrastructure.
  • Significant work experience in OEM and Tier 1 business and related requirements.
  • Minimum 10 years of Semiconductor industry-related experience with experience in Product Marketing and (Field) Application Engineering, preferably in Automotive.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project teams to achieve targets and increase OEM, Tier 1, and broader market penetration.
