MSSL GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Projects Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our operating units, R&D centres, and representative offices across Europe and North Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and participate in employment law projects, providing strategic counsel to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Guide labor relations for business units, particularly during restructuring projects, to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth transition.
- Assist in HR projects, including organizational restructuring, system transformation, and greenfield projects, to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Draft and implement employment policies in collaboration with HR teams to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Ensure compliance and follow-up of processes, projects, and policies to maintain a high level of quality and integrity.
- Support M&A transactions, from planning to execution, including due diligence to ensure a seamless integration of acquired businesses.
- Manage global mobility cases and expatriate management to facilitate the relocation of employees and their families.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources Management, or related fields with a focus on labor law.
- Over 5 years of experience in multinational environments as a Labor/Industrial Relations Specialist, HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and social security regulations in Europe.
- Experience in data analysis and report preparation to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Skilled in managing global projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Proficiency in English and German; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
