Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team at MSSL GmbH in the role of Transfer Pricing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, preferably at a Big4 company or a big multinational group.
As a Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will be responsible for the preparation of transfer pricing documentation (Local Files) for group companies, as well as supporting the maintenance and further development of the transfer pricing system in the group. You will also conduct arm's length analysis related to tangible, intangible, financial and services intra-group transactions to plan, implement and defend the transfer pricing system.
In addition, you will support business reorganization / restructuring projects from a tax transfer pricing perspective. If you have a good business, economic and tax understanding of cross-border relationships within a multinational group, and experience in the German transfer pricing regulations and German administrative principles, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your Key Responsibilities- Preparation of transfer pricing documentation (Local Files) for group companies
- Supporting the maintenance and further development of the transfer pricing system in the group
- Conducting arm's length analysis related to tangible, intangible, financial and services intra-group transactions
- Supporting business reorganization / restructuring projects from a tax transfer pricing perspective
