Senior Associate (m/f/d) - Transfer Pricing

Our Chairman's Office Europe and North Africa (COE) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centres, and representative offices across Europe and North Africa with corporate functions and services. Your Key Responsibilities.
  • Preparation of transfer pricing documentation (Local Files) for group companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting the maintenance and further development of the transfer pricing system in the group, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Conducting arm's length analysis related to tangible, intangible, financial and services intra-group transactions to plan, implement and defend the transfer pricing system.
  • Supporting business reorganization / restructuring projects from a tax transfer pricing perspective, providing expert advice.

Your Profile.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, preferably at a Big4 company or a big multinational group.
  • Good business, economic and tax understanding of cross-border relationships within a multinational group.
  • Good knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
  • Experience in the German transfer pricing regulations and German administrative principles is advantageous.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Tools.
  • A quick comprehension and networked thinking.
  • Fluent English; good German language skill is advantageous.
