PMP Projektmanagement GmbH sucht zur Unterstützung und Leitung von komplexen Projekten einen erfahrenen Deputy Project Director. Der Kandidat sollte fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement haben und Kenntnisse in der Leitung komplexer Projekte besitzen.

Aufgaben
  • Projektmanagement: Die Verwaltung und Sicherstellung der Leitung eines komplexen Projekts, das verschiedenen Projektmanagern/Senior Projektmanagern zugewiesen ist.
  • Unterstützung: Die Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung, dass vertragliche Verpflichtungen sowie finanzielle und operative Ziele für das zugewiesene Projekt erfüllt werden, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter des Vertrags- und Projektmanagements, den Geschäftsfunktionen, dem Chief Operating Officer und dem regionalen Projektleiter.
  • Beziehungen: Die Pflege der Beziehungen zum Kundenprojektmanagement/-direktor.
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technisches Ingenieurwesen.
  • Anerkannte Projektmanagement-Qualifikation (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE oder vergleichbar) von Vorteil.
  • Bereitschaft zu intensiven Reisen und potenziell einem Umzug außerhalb des Heimatlandes.
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung als Projektmanager (Komplexe Projekte: 7 bis 10 Jahre; Wiederkehrende Projekte: 8 bis 10 Jahre).
  • Durchführung einer Vielzahl branchenbezogener Projekte in verschiedenen Branchen und mit unterschiedlichen Kunden.
  • Nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz bei der erfolgreichen Durchführung multidisziplinärer Projekte.
  • Erfahrung in der Verhandlung und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister und Auftragnehmer.
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung in multidisziplinären Teams in einer technischen Offshore-Engineering-Umgebung.
  • Durchführung von Projekten mit Einhaltung von H&S-Zielen in stark regulierten Branchen.
  • Nachweisbare Erreichung oder Verbesserung der finanziellen Projektziele.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung.
