Sales & Network Specialist (m/w/d)

Job Description

Wir suchen einen motivierten Sales & Network Specialist (m/w/d) für unseren Standort Köln oder Dietzenbach. Als Teil unseres dynamischen Teams werden Sie sich auf die Erfassung von Informationen und Anfragen, die Bereitstellung von Anleitung und Unterstützung je nach Art und Inhalt des Falls, sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen lokalen Abteilungen konzentrieren.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erfassung von Informationen und Anfragen
  • Bereitstellung von Anleitung und Unterstützung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen lokalen Abteilungen
  • Dokumentierung/Erfassung aller Fälle und der damit verbundenen Informationen im Case Management System Salesforce
  • Förderung und Verbesserung positiver Kundenbeziehungen
  • Entwicklung innovativer Ansätze zur Lösung von Kundenanliegen

Das bringt du mit

Unser idealer Sales & Network Specialist (m/w/d) hat bereits Erfahrung im Kundendienst und starke Fähigkeiten in zwischenmenschlicher Kommunikation. Um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein, braucht der Sales & Network Specialist (m/w/d):

  • Deutsch (C2) sowie Französisch (C2) essenziell
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische (oder vergleichbare) Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Customer Service
  • Selbständig und eigenverantwortlich, Spaß an Problemlösung, Engagement
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, Interesse an IT Systemlösungen

Arbeitsordnung und Standort

  • 40 Stunden / Woche
  • Schichtarbeit (Mo-Fr in 2 Schichten von 8.00 – 20.00 Uhr, und Sa 9.00 – 15 Uhr)
  • Standort: Köln oder Dietzenbach
