Sales & Network Specialist (m/w/d) - Job Description

Job Summary:

Wir suchen einen motivierten Sales & Network Specialist (m/w/d) für unseren Kunden im Bereich Kundendienst. Der idealer Kandidat hat Erfahrung im Customer Service und starke Fähigkeiten in zwischenmenschlicher Kommunikation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Erfassung von Informationen und Anfragen, Bereitstellung von Anleitung und Unterstützung je nach Art und Inhalt des Falls
  • Teil des zentralisierten Level 1 CRC (Entgegennahme aller Kunden- und Händleranrufe und Korrespondenz, Beantwortung von Level-1-Anfragen und Eskalation aller Level-2-Anfragen an die lokalen NSC CRC-Teams)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen lokalen Abteilungen (Vertrieb, Außendienst, technische Unterstützung, Garantie, Marketing, Ersatzteile, Schulung), falls erforderlich
  • Dokumentierung/Erfassung aller Fälle und der damit verbundenen Informationen im Case Management System Salesforce im Einklang mit den Richtlinien und Prozessen des Unternehmens und der Abteilungen
  • Förderung und Verbesserung positiver Kundenbeziehungen durch eine angenehme, höfliche und professionelle Art und Weise, bei der die zentralen Werte des Automobilherstellers jederzeit berücksichtigt werden.
  • Entwicklung innovativer Ansätze zur Lösung von Kundenanliegen
  • Schulung und Qualifizierung durch den Automobilhersteller (und ggfls. Präsenz-) Training
Requirements:
  • Deutsch (C2) sowie Französisch (C2) essenziell
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische (oder vergleichbare) Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Customer Service
  • Selbständig und eigenverantwortlich, Spaß an Problemlösung, Engagement
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, Interesse an IT Systemlösungen
