About the Role

  • Process user requests and incidents forwarded from the 1st level support team
  • Classify faults and requests, resolving problems as part of 2nd level support
  • Record and monitor service tickets
  • Manage user support via remote solutions
  • Collaborate with 3rd level support team members
  • Contribute to the creation of FAQs, documentation, and manuals

Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification
  • Sound knowledge in client hardware and software, Apple Mac, printers, and Office applications
  • Excellent written and spoken German language skills
  • High customer and user orientation
  • Solution-oriented approach to work and a service mindset
