IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled 2nd Level Supporter to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for processing user requests and incidents, classifying faults, and resolving problems as part of our 2nd level support.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing user requests and incidents forwarded from the 1st level
  • Classifying faults and resolving problems as part of 2nd level support
  • Recording and monitoring service tickets
  • Managing user support via remote solutions
  • Working closely with 3rd level support
  • Supporting evaluation and project topics
  • Contributing to the creation of FAQs, documentation, and manuals

Your Profile:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Sound knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Client hardware and software, Apple Mac, printers, and Office applications
  • Written and spoken German language skills
  • High customer and user orientation
  • A solution-oriented approach to work and a service mindset
