About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to provide technical support to our clients. As a 2nd Level Supporter, you will be responsible for processing user requests and incidents, classifying faults and resolving problems, and working closely with our 3rd Level Support team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process user requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Classify faults and resolve problems as part of 2nd level support
  • Record and monitor service tickets
  • Manage user support via remote solutions
  • Work closely with 3rd level support to resolve complex issues
  • Contribute to the creation of FAQs, documentation, and manuals

Your Profile

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Sound knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Client hardware and software, Apple Mac, printers, and Office applications
  • Written and spoken German language skills
  • High customer and user orientation
  • A solution-oriented approach to work and a service mindset
