Leitung New Business Development - Mikroverkapselungstechnologie

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines 2-köpfigen Teams (Labor) sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Beobachtung und Analyse von Trends und Einflüssen zur Identifikation von Marktchancen, speziell für die Follmann Mikroverkapselungstechnologie
  • Ganzheitliche Entwicklung von Strategien zum zielorientierten Auf- und Ausbau der Kundenbeziehungen innerhalb neuer Märkte und Anwendungsfelder
  • Erarbeitung von Konzepten und Maßnahmen zur Vermarktung und Absatzförderung inkl. des Preis- und Konditionenmanagements
  • Führung des zwei-köpfigen Teams (Labor) Definition des zur Markterweiterung relevanten Produktportfolios inkl. der repräsentativen Nutzenargumentation und Verhandlungsführung bei nationalen und internationalen Kunden
  • Koordination von (Innovations-) Projekten zur Ideenfindung und -bewertung entlang der Wertschöpfungskette mittels proaktiver Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes (technisches) Studium (z. B. mit Schwerpunkt Chemie, Materialwissenschaften) sowie Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder im New Business Development
  • Kenntnisse in der praktischen Anwendung von Projekt-/Innovationsmanagement-Methoden sowie erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Bereichsübergreifendes Denken, hohe Affinität für Technologie sowie die Begeisterung für das Entdecken und Erschließen neuer Märkte
  • Überzeugende und lösungsorientierte Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit strategisch-konzeptioneller Arbeitsweise und hoher Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in Verbindung mit einer hohen Reisebereitschaft
