About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive Team Lead to accelerate our sales growth in the DACH region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for closing deals, managing a high-performing team of account executives, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Bullet point 1: Build a high-performing team of account executives, own the hiring plan, and manage their performance.
- Bullet point 2: Consistently hit individual quota and team targets, accurately forecast sales performance, and present on team calls to close business.
- Bullet point 3: Actively participate in market research, provide valuable feedback to the product, marketing, and leadership teams, and drive German product and marketing strategy.
- Experience in a SaaS environment targeting SMBs or mid-market companies, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proven track record of sustained target achievement, strong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards.
- Fluent level of German and English, deep proficiency in using Outreach tools (Salesloft, Outreached, or similar) and Salesforce.
