International CSR Specialist

Transdev Group is seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Junior CSR Manager
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our CSR strategy, leading sustainability projects, and monitoring our progress and sustainability KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CSR initiatives to promote corporate social responsibility and sustainability within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR considerations into business activities and processes
- Monitor and report on CSR performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
- Support in data management, especially in the recording of CO2 emissions (Scope 1 - 3)
- Assist in preparing for CSRD compliance
Requirements
- Post-secondary education with a CSR specialization
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Existing Corporate Social Responsibility Sustainability Environmental and Resource Management experience
- Proficiency in German and English (Level B2 required)
