International CSR Specialist

Transdev Group is seeking a talented professional to lead sustainability initiatives and promote corporate social responsibility.
As a Junior CSR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Transdev Germany's CSR strategy, leading sustainability projects with a focus on climate and environmental topics, and monitoring our progress and sustainability KPIs.
You will also support in data management, especially in the recording of our CO2 emissions (Scope 1 - 3), and assist in preparing for CSRD compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Transdev Germany's CSR strategy
- Lead sustainability projects with a focus on climate and environmental topics
- Monitor our progress and sustainability KPIs
- Support in data management, especially in the recording of our CO2 emissions (Scope 1 - 3)
- Assist in preparing for CSRD compliance
Requirements:
- Post-secondary (Equivalent Bac+5) with a CSR specialization
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Existing Corporate Social Responsibility Sustainability Environmental and Resource Management experience
Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to promote corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and exchange relevant information
- Proficiency in analyzing CSR-related data, interpreting trends, and identifying areas for improvement to guide strategic decisions and actions
- Planning, executing, and monitoring CSR projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and set objectives
- Ability to identify challenges and obstacles related to CSR, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies to overcome them
- Aptitude for working effectively with different teams and departments within the organization to integrate CSR considerations into processes and business activities
- Reporting obligations and compliance requirements that the company must adhere to
- Competence in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data on CSR performance in a clear and transparent manner, using appropriate reporting tools
- Capability to inspire and motivate others to adopt sustainable practices, promote a corporate culture focused on social responsibility, and advocate for CSR values within the organization and beyond
Language:
- German full proficiency is required (Level B2 required)
- English full proficiency is required (Level B2 required)
