Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Agent Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract rate requests and customer allocations in our Pricing Tools and Cargo Management System.
- Follow up on feedback and liaise with sales managers to ensure timely and accurate customer rate sheets.
- Assist in creating and following up on customer contractual agreements (BSA) and entering customer allocation bookings.
- Monitor self-service allocation bookings and proactively follow up on updates.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and feedback to sales managers on customer allocation performance.
- Process customer RFQ uploads and maintain and update the customer database.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns and provide general sales assistance.
Requirements:
- Apprenticeship or A-level in the logistic sector.
- 1-3 years experience in sales and proven record.
- Good knowledge of the German logistic market.
- Responsible and reliable, strong communication skills.
- Passionate about air freight and eager to take on responsibilities.
