Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at APAG Personalplanung GmbH. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, coordinating inquiry management, and executing monthly closing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Inquiry Management: Coordinate and monitor the inquiry management process to ensure accurate and efficient processing of supplier inquiries.
- Monthly Closing: Execute monthly closing tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Complaint Handling: Handle and resolve supplier complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Supplier Selection and Negotiation: Support in the selection and negotiation of new suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
- Contract Management: Manage and maintain supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Completed commercial training or comparable studies.
- Experience: Several years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving approach, proficient in MS Office and ideally SAP knowledge.
