About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Procurement to join our team at REWE Group. As a key member of our Indirect Spend team, you will be responsible for leading procurement projects for non-trade goods and services, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement projects for non-trade goods and services, including preparation and execution of tenders, negotiations with suppliers, and contract management.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a similar role or as a procurement consultant.
  • Proven track record of leading procurement projects and achieving cost savings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Fluency in German and English, with ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
