About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Business Advisor to join our Customer Success organization as a Structures / Fabrication Business Advisor. This position will require a rare blend of product expertise, industry knowledge, business strategy, and best-in-class service to drive maximum platform value and adoption of solutions within our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with the implementation and use of our BIM products for building services, effectively articulating the BIM product value and helping customers realize value from Trimble technology.
- Support the development of strategic use cases, adoption roadmaps, and recommendations to drive optimal product usage across a wide range of levels within customer organizations.
- Maintain audit processes and documentation to regularly assess client environments for optimal performance and make recommendations as needed.
- Support business reviews to decision makers and be perceived as a strategic trusted advisor.
- Identify areas of opportunity for additional products and services for the customer across platform features, professional services, training, etc.
- Advocate on behalf of the customer across Trimble to ensure customer success.
- Effectively articulate the BIM product value within the context of Trimble Construction One.
Requirements
- A trained system planner, technician, or engineer specializing in building services (heating, ventilation, sanitation) with knowledge of CAD/CAE programs (HLSE).
- A track record of successful value delivery and client relationship development.
- Highly organized and able to work collaboratively across a matrix organization to achieve results important to customers.
- Capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests and rapid turnaround while meeting customer expectations.
- Ability to learn quickly, be a great teammate, and manage change effectively.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills (oral, written, presentation) with the ability to explain technical concepts.
- Language requirements: Fluent in German and English is mandatory.
