About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team at Heraeus. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving commercial performance across our operating companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with leaders of Heraeus' operating companies to identify opportunities for performance improvement on strategic commercial topics such as marketing, sales, pricing, new business models, sustainability, and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct interviews, analyze data, develop improvement initiatives and new concepts, and support the implementation of activities.
  • Drive for impact and long-term value, determining the way to achieve this.
  • Continuously expand our Commercial Excellence Toolbox with new approaches and established good practices.
  • Work in a modern office environment and take advantage of various training opportunities to promote your professional and personal development.
  • Develop yourself into your next leadership role within Heraeus, according to your interests and expertise, over the course of approximately 3 years.

Requirements:

  • Business or technical degree completed with excellent results.
  • Professional work experience with commercial topics such as sales, pricing, marketing, product management, OTC, growth initiatives, etc., ideally in a B2B context.
  • Excellent communication skills, outstanding ability to structure complex problems, and very confident/quick with numbers and analyses.
  • High motivation and reliability, eagerness to learn, open-mindedness, team player attitude.
  • Showing strong initiative and ownership.
