We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and supporting sales and merchandising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving Customers: Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales.
- Sales and Merchandising Tasks: Assist with visual merchandising, restocking shelves, and maintaining store displays to ensure a cohesive and appealing shopping experience.
- Planning and Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager to plan activities, events, and promotions to drive sales and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant Work Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is essential.
- Service-Oriented: A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Independent and Proactive: Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive sales and achieve goals.
- Great Interest in Fashion: Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date on the latest trends.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
