About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at ONLY Stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including displaying products, creating displays, and maintaining store appearance.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and reporting inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, implement promotions, and maintain store standards.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
