About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at CHIRON Group. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer complaints and issues related to our services and products
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our service offerings
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement service solutions and projects
- Coordinate and execute service operations and activities
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
Requirements
- Relevant technical education or certification (e.g. industrial mechanic, electronics, mechatronics)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
