About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at CHIRON Group. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer complaints and issues related to our services and products
  • Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our service offerings
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement service solutions and projects
  • Coordinate and execute service operations and activities
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams

Requirements

  • Relevant technical education or certification (e.g. industrial mechanic, electronics, mechatronics)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
