About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Sales Associate to join our team at Intuitive Surgical. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in maximizing the utilization of our da Vinci Surgical Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgical teams, hospital staff, and key opinion leaders to promote the adoption of our technology.
  • Provide training and support to surgical teams to ensure they are proficient in using the da Vinci System.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the da Vinci System and its applications in various surgical specialties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Fluent in English and local language as required.
