Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Mechatronics Apprenticeship Program in Germany. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a group of apprentices, collaborating with supervisors, and ensuring the successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of up to 10 apprentices in Mechatronics across Germany
  • Collaborate closely with the Team Leader Apprentices & Students and Supervisors for apprentice workshops in Husum, Germany
  • Participate in hiring activities for new apprentices in collaboration with the Team Leader Apprentices & Students
  • Manage people, including conducting regular group meetings, 1:1 meetings, and preparing individual development plans
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are always adhered to across the region
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of work experience in education, training, corporate training, higher education, or equivalent educational experience
  • Experience as a Learning Management System (LMS) administrator is preferred
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and timely delivery
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving team environment
  • High level of organizational, time management, and planning abilities
