Job Title: Team Leader Apprentices Mechatronics

Vestas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader Apprentices Mechatronics to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our Service & Construction Academy NCE, you will be responsible for leading a group of apprentices mechatronics and collaborating with our Team Leader Apprentices & Students and Supervisors to ensure the success of our apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a group of up to apprentices mechatronics across Germany
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader Apprentices & Students and Supervisors to ensure the success of our apprenticeship program
  • Participate in hiring activities for new apprentices in close collaboration with the Team Leader Apprentices & Students
  • Manage people, including conducting regular group meetings, 1:1 meetings, and preparing individual development plans
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are always adhered to across the region
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of work experience in education, training, corporate training, higher education, and/or equivalent educational experience
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration preferred
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and timely delivery
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving team environment
  • High level of organizational, time management, and planning abilities
