Job Title: Mechatronics Team Lead

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Mechatronics Team Lead to join our Service & Construction Academy NCE team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of apprentices in mechatronics across Germany.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of apprentices in mechatronics, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate closely with the Team Leader Apprentices & Students and Supervisors for apprentice's workshop located in Husum, Germany.
  • Participate in hiring activities for new apprentices, working closely with the Team Leader Apprentices & Students.
  • Manage people, conducting regular group meetings, 1:1 meetings, and preparing individual development plans.
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are always adhered to across the region.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of work experience in education, training, corporate training, higher education, and/or equivalent educational experience.
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration is preferred.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving team environment.
  • High level of organizational, time management, and planning abilities.
