Chief Sales Officer

Endrich Bauelemente Vertriebs GmbH is a dynamic, family-owned enterprise specializing in high-tech solutions for prominent players in the electronics sector. With a dedicated workforce of around 200 professionals globally, our remarkable expansion is fueled by the superior quality of our offerings and the expertise of our personnel.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee all sales divisions both nationally and internationally, leading the respective teams
  • Report directly to the CEO
  • Work collaboratively with team leaders to formulate strategic initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans
  • Track sales performance against established KPIs
  • Engage with product management
  • Participate in client and supplier meetings alongside account managers
  • Manage crisis situations during customer complaints
  • Enhance internal processes and organizational frameworks
Your Profile
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Technician, or equivalent technical qualification
  • Extensive experience in a comparable position
  • Strong understanding of electronics
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and diplomatic demeanor
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Proficient in IT skills and MS Office
  • Commitment to teamwork and outstanding communication abilities
