We are seeking a highly motivated Global Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing and growing distribution, resellers, and end-user customers within the Education and Commercial markets. This role requires exceptional relationship management, education, and ongoing training to achieve mutual pipeline acceleration and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and end-users in EdTech and ICT
  • Collaborate with reseller management to ensure effective sales lead capture, closure, and account management
  • Develop impactful campaign initiatives with Partner Marketing to maximize returns on investment
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase market-specific features and benefits
  • Represent Power Technologies at exhibitions and trade shows
  • Manage reseller purchase orders and communicate order status to internal teams and customers
  • Report pipeline, forecast, and activities within NetSuite CRM
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Technology hardware sales, preferably in education sales
  • 3+ years of experience in international global sales, building distribution through Warehouse Stocking Distributors and Resellers
  • Demonstratable relevant sales management experience within IT Hardware or Hardware manufacturing
  • Excellent sales skills, negotiation, and consultation skills
  • Solid track record of achievements within the IT-Tech market
  • Proven ability to engage with middle, senior, and C-level management structures
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA, BS degree in a related field
  • Proficient in English and German, multilingual a plus
