Real Estate Business Partner

This role leads the Rosenheim, Germany Real Estate Workplace Operations, reporting to the Head of Global Workplace Operations EMEA. In this position, you will own the relationship with Ericsson stakeholders for the Rosenheim location and be responsible for meeting users' Workplace Experience needs, delivered through the in-house team and Ericsson's outsourced Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partner.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior leaders and influencers across all Ericsson businesses to enhance trust and collaboration.
- Understand the business strategy and drivers, and how Real Estate impacts these.
- Act as a Real Estate ambassador, advocating for Real Estate strategy and principles towards business leaders.
- Align workplace strategies, practices, and operations with Global Real Estate strategies.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding budget forecasting, space utilization metrics, Real Estate strategies, workplace experience, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Build and maintain a relationship with the IFM partner to ensure its active contribution to the role holder's tasks.
- Coordinate overall finance and cost control by budgeting and ensuring financial targets are met in your region. Close collaboration with Real Estate Portfolio & Project Management to achieve location strategies.
- Close collaboration with internal and external partners and present data to key stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, including all Portfolio & Project Management matters.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Solid workplace management experience, with both operational FM and stakeholder management roles.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver complex information to employees, clients, and top management.
- Change and improvement management skills, with the ability to drive business transformation and process improvement.
- Understanding of Real Estate processes, models, and strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles, with proficiency in conducting financial and business analysis.
- Negotiation and argumentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management experience, with the ability to manage multiple sites and projects.
- Experience in developing and implementing global standards, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
- Integrity and a strong sense of ethics, with the ability to demonstrate these in business activities.
- Change and improvement leadership skills, with the ability to drive business transformation and process improvement.
- English and German language proficiency.
