We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Dynamics Engineer to join our team at Rivada Space Networks GmbH. As a key member of our Satellite Control Center team, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of the Satellite Control Center of our constellation.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with the SCC Prime to ensure the correct development and procurement of the Flight Dynamic systems
- Participate in the selection of contractors providing external Space Situational Awareness or other Flight Dynamics products
- Perform simulations and define station keeping and collision avoidance strategies
- Create and update tools for the automation of routine operations
- Liaise and coordinate with the GNC team
- Review and generation of mission documentation, including procedures, software manuals, and operational reports
- Participate in the test, simulation and rehearsal campaigns
- Provide operations preparation support for LEOP, Commissioning and Routine Operations
- Successfully completed a bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics or physics
- 5+ years of experience working in Flight Dynamics simulations and operations
- Software and scripting development and management experience
- Able to complete tasks per established schedule and demonstrate a pragmatic approach to solving problems
- Able to travel and work in a very dynamic environment
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English
