Program Management Coordinator

Program Manager, Academics

New York University Berlin is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager, Academics to join our team. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting the academic administration of our program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate academic administration, including curriculum development, instructional materials, and academic support programs.
  • Assist in updating lesson content and instruction methodology, and develop training modules and programs.
  • Oversee classroom scheduling, instructor support, and ensure academic advising for students.
  • Co-supervise the Arts Coordinator and German Language Coordinator, and coordinate internships associated with certain classes.
  • Assist in placing NYU students in Humboldt courses, and facilitate the use of Humboldt facilities for NYU students.
  • Provide general support to students with academic-related questions, and assist with registration for classes in Berlin and on their home campus.
  • Manage the Academic Disciplinary process for students, and provide pedagogical support for lecturers to prepare and deliver courses.
  • Collaborate with Wasserman Center and Global Programs staff to support and develop structured career development programming.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Bilingual German/English.
  • Understanding and empathy with the needs and expectations of international students.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others in support of the organization's mission.
  • Proficiency in standard office and office productivity software, CMS skills, and familiarization with AI.
  • Required Work Permit.
