Senior Manager, Digital Conversion Rate Optimization

Flink, a leading quick commerce player in Europe, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Digital Conversion Rate Optimization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving meaningful impact in our customers' browsing and grocery shopping experience based on data and insight as well as personalization.
Key Responsibilities- Hands-on Management of CRO Projects: Design, develop, and deploy experiments to optimize conversion on Flink's platform, including the order of components, models behind them, and the display of components.
- Analyze Customer Journeys: Analyze current customer journeys, discover pain points and opportunities, and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
- Personalization and Experimentation: Conduct experiments on personalization of our platform based on different audience segments to fit their needs and improve customer performance metrics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Product Design, Retail Media, and Data teams to co-create a homescreen roadmap and inform stakeholders about upcoming experiments.
- Opportunity Identification and Testing: Proactively seek opportunities, new insights, and test ideas for data-driven conversion optimization tests.
- Test Performance Analysis: Analyze test performance, provide insights to enhance customer journeys or product categories, and make informed recommendations for improvement.
- Optimization Library Management: Manage an optimization library to document test learnings and share with the wider Product & Marketing team.
- 3+ years' experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, User Experience, or a similar role in a retail or e-commerce brand.
- Creative and energetic team player with a passion for Experience Optimization, AB Testing, and Personalization.
- Strong ability in using data analytics to drive decision-making and strategy, proficiency with Gsheet/Looker a must.
- Experience with using Optimization tools such as Eppo a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and the team.
