Senior Manager, In-App Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Senior Manager, In-App Conversion Rate Optimization to join our team in Berlin. This role will report directly to the Head of Growth Marketing and be responsible for optimizing the customer experience to drive meaningful impact. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design, develop, and deploy experiments to improve conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities- Manage CRO projects, including designing, developing, and deploying experiments to optimize conversion on the Flink platform.
- Analyze customer journeys, identify pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct experiments on personalization to fit audience segments' needs and improve customer performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Product Design, Retail Media, and Data teams to co-create the homescreen roadmap and inform stakeholders about upcoming experiments.
- Proactively seek opportunities, new insights, and test ideas for data-driven conversion optimization tests.
- Analyze test performance, provide insights, and make informed recommendations for improvement.
- Manage an optimization library to document test learnings and share with the wider Product & Marketing team.
- 3+ years' experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, User Experience, or a similar role in a retail or e-commerce brand.
- Creative and energetic team player with a passion for Experience Optimization, AB Testing, and Personalization.
- Strong ability to use data analytics to drive decision-making and strategy, proficiency with Gsheet/Looker a must.
- Experience with Optimization tools like Eppo a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and the team.
