Senior Business Expert S/4Hana Transformation Lead

ZEISS Group is embarking on a transformative journey to standardize and harmonize its business processes globally, leveraging SAP S/4HANA as the foundation. As a Senior Business Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving this initiative, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across the organization.
Your Role- Lead regional/segment-specific business requirements analysis and development of global templates for SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Provide guidance and steer junior business experts in requirements analysis, business process modeling, and testing.
- Develop process maps and models to illustrate adapted business processes, driving harmonization and standardization towards FIT4 goals.
- Design and own test cases, conducting functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system, and support the definition and conduction of functional test cases.
- Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region, mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary, across SBUs/segments.
- Collaborate with the training lead to create training material and, if required, end-user training.
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in business, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of at least one end-to-end business process, such as Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Engineer-to-Order, or Service-to-Customer.
- Proven experience with business requirements management and business processes modeling.
- Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA, as well as relevant third-party business systems.
- Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
- Ability to build networks and work in an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team.
- Business fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel (up to 70%).
