Job Description
In this exciting role, you will be working closely with our Solution Partners and End Users to identify and evaluate new opportunities, as well as with our Sales Team to convert leads into sales. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying, assessing, developing, and managing new programs and business opportunities for assigned areas, segments, and sub-segments.
  • Conducting market and opportunity analysis, as well as developing and executing business development and new venture development plans.
  • Working with prospective clients and partners to identify unmet needs and implementing initiatives to meet those needs.
  • Providing exceptional customer experience for business partners and prospects to develop long-term business opportunities.
  • Leading and managing priority growth projects, including collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and application development resources.
  • Monitoring and reporting on industry trends and incorporating knowledge of the industry to partner with Marketing to develop products, support materials, and pricing recommendations.
  • Actively engaging with the market to present and promote our RFID solutions and train clients and partners on the benefits of RFID technology.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A university degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous work experience of 3+ years in B2B business/market development or solution sales, ideally with expertise in the RFID industry.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with finance and ROI analysis.
  • Creativity and innovation, entrepreneurial spirit for growing a sustainable business.
